Overview

As part of the in-house creative team at CAA, I led the design and production of digital campaign assets for the 2024 Holiday Gift Guide, a seasonal promotion highlighting exclusive member offers across retail and e-commerce channels.

Centered around a flagship holiday flyer (print and digital), the campaign rolled out in three distinct flights designed to build awareness and drive conversion over time. I developed and executed the supporting digital system across paid social, display, and email, creating a range of banner ads and social assets that evolved in tone and urgency, from early teasers to last-chance reminders.

I was responsible for structuring and scaling all digital deliverables across formats and placements, ensuring consistency while adapting messaging for each phase of the campaign. This included managing high-volume asset production, refining layouts for performance, and maintaining clarity across a wide range of touchpoints.

The campaign extended into video, in-store signage, and seasonal retail environments resulting in a cohesive, multi-channel presence that reinforced the Gift Guide as a key holiday moment for CAA members.
